I am trying to connect with adafruit feather nrf52840 sense using phyphox_BLE library but I got the "No device found on COM". Is there any way to use adafruit nrf52 series on phyphox?

Hm… the error message is likely caused by a “misconfiguration” (drivers installed?) of your IDE or PC. On the other hand, phyphoxBLE does not yet support your microcontroller, AFAIK. Sort-of a bluetooth driver needs to be implemented for these boards.
