I change my cell. In the new one the pressure sensor looks non-active. Do I need to do something to activate it?

If the menu entry is grayed out, then a sensor is typically not built into the device. This is not unlikely for the pressure sensor that is usually left out in low priced Android devices.
You could verify it with our sensor database at https://phyphox.org/sensordb/ (please note that some manufacturers internally use rather odd model names).
