Centrifugal (???) acceleration

Hi!

This seems like a pretty significant edit, and maybe one that I shouldn't attempt on my own, but shouldn't the experiment "Centrifugal Acceleration" in fact refer to "Centripetal Acceleration"? This is a major point of confusion for students, so much so that I hesitate to use this otherwise outstanding experiment with my classes!
