"Add Experiment for Bluetooth Device" reporting when Bluetooth disabled.

Amazing toolbox! Thankyou for making it available for everyone! ☺️

Attempting to use the 
    "Add Experiment for Bluetooth Device"
when Bluetooth is disabled gives
    "Bluetooth scan error. Bluetooth Low Energy is not supported on Android Versions lower than 4.3"
Tried re-running with Bluetooth enabled, and it proceeds just fine.

Thought the error-message could be improved to suggest enabling Bluetooth.
