Fundamental frecuency of a wineglass
#2
You are welcome Aarón Smile

There are some options in order to measure the fundamental frequency. The “easiest” one is perhaps “Audio Autocorrelation” that shows the frequency (and musical note) right away. The autocorrelation graph gives you an indication of how “clean” the oscillation is.

You could also watch the “Audio Scope” and measure the length of the period, best over several periods. In the “Audio Spectrum” you could observe the different modes of the glass. You should consider to change the number of samples in the setting for a higher frequency resolution.

For some information on the different modes, I find https://sciencedemonstrations.fas.harvar...-wineglass rather instructive.
