Is it possible to combine the (exported) gyro data with the gps position where the sample was recorded?
I would like to track bike routes with the phybox app. With the gyro data I can try to calculate the smoothness of the road surface...

By tapping “+” in the menu and selecting “Add simple experiment”, you could set up any combination of sensors. There are already some cyclists that succeeded in this, for instance,

Please note that GPS typically gives you positions about every second whereas the accelerometer or gyroscope measure by default at 100 Hz and beyond. If you select lower rates in a “simple experiment”, an average is computed.
