Can Phyphox run under Wine on Linux?
No. WINE is a compatibility layer for Windows programs.

In order to run phyphox on operating systems other than Android and iOS, you need a corresponding compatibility layer. For Linux (and Windows, AFAIK), there is apparently container software that could do that and, alternatively, virtual machines should supposedly be able to run Android. I have not yet tried that though. On macOS, phyphox runs right out of the box if you have a Mac with Apple silicon.

However, there are no sensors on PCs or Macs, Audio aside.
