I can't export data

Hi.

I'm trying to export data from:
Sensor: Acceleration (without g)

Sensor: Acceleration with g
Mechanics: Spring

But I can't export it, I tried with Excel but it doesn't work, i try to send via Whats app, Google drive, copy to my folders, Bluetooth, nearby, etc.
On my device only woks from .CSV but I want them in Excel


Also I tried to export it from remote  control, but it doesn't export it in any format (Included .CSV)

My device is a Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S  if it gives some info to you.

I would appreciate any help from the community here.

I know I am 4 years too late and you might have moved on with your life far far ahead but I am leaving this here for the people who will find this thread later:

1. Have excel app installed on your phone 
2. Don't try to export the data from the main page(the page with the acceleration graphs). It won't work with excel.

3. Click on the graph you need and you will see three options: Pan and Zoom, Pick Data and more tools.
4. Click on more tools and once you click on more tools. You will find your "export this dataset" option. Click on it.
5. Click on excel. Duh!
6. Select where you want to send it or place it.
7. Voila! You have your excel file now.
