I can't export data

1. Have excel app installed on your phone 

This should not be a requirement (on iOS it definitely isn't). At the end, you just would like to have an app installed that could open the old binary Excel file.

2. Don't try to export the data from the main page(the page with the acceleration graphs). It won't work with excel.

Hm… data is regularly exported that way to Excel at educational institutions worldwide. If it does not work for you, we need to look into it again and fix it. Most people would like to have the full data package and not just an individual graph.
