The iOS and iPadOS versions 17.4 have introduced a bug that requires a “Motion and Fitness” permission. The new phyphox version 1.1.14 triggers a corresponding dialog. The permission can be manually en- and disabled in Settings > Privacy > Motion and Fitness then.
