In celebration of the 10th anniversary of phyphox, we will host an international conference on smartphone experiments in STEM education on 24th September 2026 in Aachen, Germany.
We welcome anybody who is interested in sharing their experiences with smartphone experiments, learning about new smartphone experiments and networking with others. The conference will provide a platform to exchange ideas, share experiences, and explore new perspectives on integrating mobile technologies into teaching and learning.

The SuperC is located in the heart of the RWTH Aachen University. You can get there from the nearby bus stop “Technische Hochschule” and the train station “Aachen West” is within walking distance (15min). Parking can be tricky in this part of Aachen, so plan ahead if you come by car. Please note that University parking lots a reserved for employess and students with permits. You can find addition travel information on the RWTH Aachen website.

After publishing the program and having a general idea of the turnout, we decided to open the register for a second period for those who wanted to see what the program actually offers. Please register until 31st August 2026 (23:59 CET):

In this form you can also submit a title and abstract (max. 1000 characters) for a poster contribution. While the focus will naturally be on phyphox and its use in education, other applications for smartphone experimentation (research, engineering, etc.) and similar apps are welcome, too.

- The preferred poster format is A0 in portrait orientation. Poster mounting materials will be provided.
- I have difficulties to transport the poster. Can you help?
- Please contact Sebastian at sebastian@phyphox.org. We can print and bring posters to the conference for participants who have a long journey.
